About Ann Sandman

Ann Sandman is the co-founder and co-creator of Houston Modern Homes, which she co-created to serve the real estate needs of sellers and buyers of mid-century modern and contemporary residences in the Houston area. She has extensive experience over a period of 20 years in management, marketing, retail operations, and retail sales experience with major retailers such as Banana Republic, CP Shades, Fitigues, and Anthropologie. In addition, her position as Customer Care Manager at Anthropologie, and as Director of Guest Services at the Guest Quarters Hotel, as well as experience at financial consulting and real estate development companies, and management of a staging company helping numerous realtors and brokers to stage and sell residential properties, brings a wealth of real estate and client service knowledge to the Houston Modern Home team.

Ann is primarily responsible for Houston Modern Homes’ prominent presence on the World Wide Web and on social media, which has served to bring our featured listings to both a local and national audience of prospective buyers. Her skills and blend of talents as a designer and marketer, combined with her passion for architecture and keen eye for design, have proved to be the perfect compliment to Houston Modern Homes’ mission to be the definitive source for architecturally significant properties in the Houston area.
